Show PostAgreed. I felt a lot better when I heard back from the referring dentist and she also made HER practice manager aware so their reaction to the whole thing kinda validated my feelings about it. Was initially wondering if I was being oversensitive until I replayed the convo in my head.
Show PostStep one was tell my dentist because they specifically advertise as being friendly to people w/ dental anxiety, second was the manager of the practice he works at, and last is gonna be public review. Even if he doesn’t lose his place, maybe he’ll be forced to change up his heartless approach.
