My Granddad is 104, he served in the RAF (met Granny when he was stationed in North Berwick ❤️). He's still constantly curious about meeting new people, trying new foods, having new conversations (hearing aids allowing). It's so patronising to the elderly to paint them all as frightened & feeble

"iff" is a shortened version of "if and only if," so you use it when A implies B and also B implies A (also known as a biconditional). So "if the sun is visible in the sky, it's daytime" but you can't say "iff the sun is visible in the sky, it's daytime" because maybe it's cloudy but still day.

At first, the press secretaries were spaced by 24 weeks. Then 12, then 6, then every 2 weeks. The last one, Katie Zacharia, was less than a week. In 4 days we could be seeing a press secretary every 8 hours until they are coming every 4 minutes. We should witness a double event within seven days.
