Rights are universal or they are not rights. However, rights also come along with duties, such as not harming others through the exercise of your rights, and that is exactly what fascists do in a democracy. So we should e.g. not let fascists abuse freedom of speech to harm democracy.

Yes they do and creating a nebulous category of ppl who have no rights is the exact opposite of how we reconsolidate this democracy. This is a justification for mass repression when what we need is a mixture of targeted prosecutions and wide-ranging reforms that rip up MAGA power by the roots.
