the one thing about my parents is that my mom has equal but opposite energy to me, like, exact same adhd but opposite circadian rhythm. this is very very helpful for childcare and also reminds me why we can never be a permanent multigenerational household

Getting on the bus & an older gent gets on behind me with a cup of tea. "Ah now I can't let you on with a cup of tea, I'm not supposed to." The driver says. "I'll tell you what, I'll let you on if you sing me a song." So the man sings a bit of a song and on he gets. I love this country.
