From the safety of a race he's all but certain to win, Hickenlooper is now willing to say, oh, of course I got that wrong. When did he come to that conclusion, exactly? It's yet another thing he denied voters the opportunity to hear and evaluate in the race that actually mattered this year.

comment on permitting reform, for the folk who say that BAAJA is the ONLY BILL EVER and that we have to pass this bill NOW OR NEVER EVER EVER. But... what about the smart transmission-only "Casten-Levin" bills? EBRA, Cheap Energy Act. That's where Dems should start. In January.
