"Left out" is a good description for me too, and for the same reasons you say in your blog. I think people are just uninformed and believe what they read in the press, which is inaccurate. I try to correct it when it happens, but it's an uphill struggle.

Not sure that it was first, but a gluten free croissant! More recently, a gluten free cinnamon bun. Just yummy. Of course, by now I can't remember what the ordinary versions taste like so I probably over-romanticise them. Just glad I no longer eat rice bread. #GlutenFreeLife
