This is great to see. Making it easier for those without a driveway to access cheaper home charging is a critical step to ensuring the EV transition is fair & equitable. With climate impacts being increasingly felt, the public will not thank the govt for rowing back on ambition; particularly when that ambition is making the EV transition more affordable & accessible than before. The ZEV mandate is one of the best climate policies we have - it should be protected.

I would like to hope that the Tories will learn lessons here about the benefits of clearly distinguishing themselves from Reform, and of establishing some kind of cordon sanitaire against online racism
