Been watching my glucose and blood pressure like a hawk this week. While I know I'm eating right, I'm forever feeling hungry. Today was a meatless Tuesday with no bread products. Hummus and nuts helped. Definitely not easy though.

So i took my bad brain day, borrowed roomies car and saw Coyote vs Acme in the theater by myself. Literally. Was the only person there. Then got Whataburger. A Biscoff cookie blizzard at DQ. And hit up Walmart for my weekly groceries. Was good to escape my basement for a bit
