Maybe? Though I get more of a sister vibe off Decapre, whereas Juni flat out says she's "Cammy's wife." And who knows about her relationship with Chun-li.
Show PostThey're comparing her to season 3 Aang, who makes her come across that way.
Show PostTo me, the "Harley" Cammy in the movie makes sense given the context, because she's still a puppet of Bison's in the movie like her SF Alpha incarnation. If Bison is a weirdo, it makes sense Killer Bee is too. But the "hot, weird, maybe lesbian cat lady" of her post-SF2 self is leagues better.
