Ideally, he would have been living in a secure unit, for his own & others' safety, but many such facilities having been closed, he was receiving care in the community. Arguably, his death is the result of that. Please, stop this blame game. The man was responsible for his own life, & tragic death.

Yes, I too was thinking she must have her jeans specially made. Anyway, sorry but whereas some women do have disproportionately large boobs, there's surely no way her huge arse & thighs are the natural continuation of that slender waist. One can but hope she doesn't 'influence' others to copy her.

Now I see comments wrt William Chapman, that his parents shouldn't have 'let' him go to a zoo alone. The man was not under the care or supervision of his parents, or anyone else. He was an adult, free to do as he pleased.
