Kaiser Permanente prescribed me a CPAP. Kaiser Permanente refuses to cover CPAPs on even Platinum insurance. I asked how I am supposed to get coverage for a CPAP. They say I am supposed to purchase supplemental Durable Medical Equipment coverage. It does not exist. Deny, defend, depose.
