Show PostWe've also extended the platform to Perturb-map Multi Modal, pairing spatially resolved genetic perturbations with Xenium transcriptomics, allowing us to read a clone's genotype and its neighbourhood's cell states in the same tissue section.
Show PostWe observe the same architecture in patient tumours: suppressive niches built around rare SERPINB2+/SERPINE1+ cancer cells, dominated by SPP1+/MARCO+ macrophages.
Show PostWe used Perturb-map to identify tumor-derived secreted factors that modulate the TME. Two genes, SERPINE1 and SERPINB2, stood out as dominant regulators of TME control and immune evasion. These serpins are secreted inhibitors of the machinery that clears fibrin.
