-Tempest ended on Earth (Sonic's world) in the same way Sonic and Tails dropped in Blaze's world in Rush Adventure. She was sailing the ocean when a violent storm caught her meanwhile she was holding the 7 Sol Emeralds she has stolen from Blaze's dad.

Summary of Tempest rewriting: -She's from Sol Dimension (Blaze's world) instead of being a earthling pirate from 1300. -She's got british accent and speaks with a refined language, but can be vulgar too. -She's still crazy as the prev. writing, but she hides it much better. -She's a babylonian.
