The BBC is continuing its probe into Trump's mental state, and former Special Counsel Jack Smith may now be asked to testify as Trump's lawsuit backfires. Trump reportedly does NOT want Smith involved, as the legal battle threatens to bring renewed scrutiny to his actions surrounding January 6.
