The reason they knew is they came across explicit photos and messages on their dad's work phone, which is, uh, something. The kids are all very relieved to have this out in the open now, as they been feeling guilty and bad abt this secret. They are all doing well and have been looking after me.

I feel lighter and brighter than I have in a long time, despite the sorrow and tears. No doubt it will be a difficult few months, detangling and figuring out where to from here, but I'm doing okay (for now). There is now a sense of calm and peace that I haven't felt in some time.
