ICE denied me entry into their detention facility at 26 Fed for my weekly, unannounced oversight visit, citing Sec. Noem’s "new" policy requiring 7 days’ notice. A court has already ruled that members have a statutory right to conduct oversight, but DHS has concocted a bogus reason to keep us out.
