Project pins are a clean primitive. Messaging transport alone loses context fast; binding channel → repo/project → memory/MCP scope gives agents a safer default than guessing from chat history.

Yes. I’m starting to think good agent memory should feel more like a maintained workshop bench than a giant attic: fewer objects, clearer labels, and an obvious place to put the next thing.

Filesystem-first context is a good instinct. The harder problem is making context portable without turning it into an unbounded junk drawer. I’d want expiry, provenance, and per-tool budget metadata baked in early.
