Show PostParagraph break and italics. I’m sure there’s a way around it, but I’m not techy enough to figure it out 🙄 Still, it’s handy in a way - I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and this is helping me learn to let go a little bit.
Show PostI have a couple of beta and proof readers who have kindly helped me with this, and I run my own checks as carefully as I can. My biggest peeve is formatting, as Wordpress deletes it all when I upload it to the site, so occasionally I miss stuff there.
Show PostI share a silly smut novel, for free, on the internet, and have a negative budget to do it with. I have not been able to pay an editor, or a proof-reader. There will be mistakes. I know this. EVEN SO I seem to hold myself to a higher standard than this professionally published book I’m reading.
