I can’t believe I missed the anniversary but it’s now been over a year since I moved to New Zealand and man am I so glad to be here. Just goes to show, anything is possible if you put your mind to it and spend several thousands of dollars to realize your goals.

The first time I learned about NAC was early in my time in the ED when a pt presented with pain he'd been unsuccessfully treating with 1-2 grams of acetaminophen every 1-2 waking hours for at least four days. His liver enzymes were deeply fucked, obviously, so he got an IV NAC infusion for 27 hours.
