This week's #TwentiesTuesday garment is this c. 1923 off-white cotton crêpe dress. It features a v-shaped neckline with a blue crêpe edged collar and appliqué decorations on the skirt of stylised windmills outlined in blue, brown and orange. Manchester Art Gallery collection. #fashionhistory
