Show PostIt IS understandable but to take it out on people who formally critique you is NOT okay. That behavior cannot be excused. And NEEDS to be worked on, the issue is, viv has shown no signs of even wanting to improve, she stands by her demeaning statements, which at the end of the day is NOT okay.
