Burke's attorneys were notified about the superseding indictment days ago. Burke would have been notified around the same time. But he only posted this to his followers after our story dropped this morning.

NEW: For months, federal prosecutors have delayed their opening brief in an appeal concerning dismissed charges against Timothy Burke, @bubbaprog.xyz. The DOJ now says it needs approvals from the Solicitor General before it can proceed with the appeal. Meanwhile, Burke remains in legal limbo.
