So I thought I'd make a quick semi-replacement (a python script using gemmi & mkdssp, mostly written with Codex). It just takes the PDB/mmcif & plots the sequence, with secondary structure from mkdssp, and colors the secondary structure by pLDDT or B-factor. (2/3)
