That looks good! If im not mistaken, for the time being a heat producing lamp could work as far as heat goes, but ideally a reptile needs a 70 Watt UVB lamp

If you have a spare fishtank, put him in there with a heat lamp if possible on one side. They eat bugs, but at that size he would probably eat mainly ants. He was probably taking shelter in your house from the cold, so putting him out could kill him. A bottpecap could work for water
