Last gardening chore of the year, done: taking Coleus cuttings for next year. 🌱 The cart has wheels, because the only window that offers enough light in winter is in the bedroom, and I sleep with that window open. So these need to be moved between bedroom and living room each day until spring.

Put in 3 dahlias at the beginning of the summer and thought all of them died, but this one made a comeback and is giving me an encore 🏵️

My first tomato jam was a failure. I didn’t use bottled lemon juice. That is where I failed. So I collected another 6 lbs of tomatoes and tried again. This time I was successful. Hope it tastes good. I’m learning still.
