It's a complicated matter to manage implanted cardiac device advisories, such as pacemakers, because there's a risk related to changing out the pacemaker (i.e. risk of pacemaker infection, which then creates further risk to manage this complication - needs full pacemaker system extraction/removal)..

Yes. We often need to use the clinical context to assist with rhythm diagnosis. Sudden tachycardia in a persistent AF patient with poor AV conduction will almost always be VT.
