I feel like the panic over riots in Paris is because most Americans simply do not comprehend the size of most capital cities around the world. Hell, NYC is small in comparison to some of them. Would you not go to a Steelers game just because the cops were called to the Thunderdome Wendy's again?

I’m definitely not having a great day today. I’m feeling overwhelmed, tired, and not a small amount of being scared. There’s too much to do before the move, too many hard decisions, and we just found what might be fresh evidence of termite activity. I didn’t need that on top of everything else. :-(
