At the Gauntlet Writers Retreat, attendees studied how to craft good Paint the Scene questions. Our group created a terrible town named Big Rock: Crocodile Alley Wax Museum What needed downtown service should have been in this beautiful space and central location rather than this stupid wax museum?

In August I weighed 295. Checking today, I'm down to 268. This is the first time I've been in the 260's since I was a teenager. Feeling a little proud of myself, ngl!
