(also if you are curious, the cover cillia linked is manually tuned! most covers are manually done, the autotuning is easy to spot and vsynth folks like to show their skills!)
Show Posttbh? synth v is the vocaloid of today. current vocaloid is too far behind it's competitor's due to it's reliance on nostalgia (and miku). vocaloid 6 has AI voice banks as well, but the quality difference is insane alla that to say synthv isn't evil, it's in line and likely the best vsynth right now
Show Postpretty highly mistaken. only part I can think of that could be genned is the autotuning the program uses an AI vocal model, but the voicers behind these models consented and are paid. while tuning can be done automatically, there's a large emphasis on doing things yourself as a user
