I wish hell to those who still blame us today, 25 years later, who wanted Mayor Mamdani to not attend the 9/11 ceremony even though he was 9 at the time. And I wish peace to me, & my fellow brown folks, to be released from this collective guilt.

I have….so many feelings about today. I will always wish rest and peace to the souls that were lost today and their families who had to carry on after the loss. I wish safety from racists & xenophobes to my fellow brown folks.
