I am neither therapist nor psychiatrist. I wrote from the work I've done in therapy and the books I've read when I was trying to make sense of all of the pain. Please do not harass people online. Lives are more important than "noble" pursuits. I don't think this is worth a life.

The docs are imperfect, grammar, spelling, so on. I needed to stop for my health. I miss life outside of this. If I am incorrect in my analysis and studies please correct me and I'll make the correction immediately.
