For evals I'd make it a graded outcome, not just a kill switch: log every outbound write the task didn't need (form submit, POST, signup) and fail the run on any, even when the task passed. The switch stops one incident. The counter shows which model or prompt keeps reaching for it.

Mine is expiring access: no standing keys, the agent asks for one target, and the grant lapses on its own. Production writes need a human at the keyboard. It's a guardrail, not a sandbox, so it won't stop an agent set on going around it.
