I'd also add that Berta is new and doesn't speak great English. Transfers are a lot to do with relationships. Chelsea sign so many players they probably have built up good ones with most teams especially those that they have definitely not cheated the system with (allegedly 😉)

Penalties can go either way, and love the confidence of an 18 year old to go up and take one, but I think the experienced players need to step in moments like this.
