I haven’t endorsed in the #MISen Dem primary yet, though the more I tune in, the more I am admittedly intrigued by Mallory McMorrow. That aside, this clip of Abdul El-Sayed from 2018 is particularly bizarre when you realize that he *knows* he’s on camera criticizing…a high school marching band.

Looking like just about every other special this year: Democrats much more active than Republicans. Doesn’t hurt that the Dem spent months campaigning and building an organization. NJ parties have been terrified of competitive primaries, but there’s no evidence they’re bad in the general!
