12 October 1921 | A Pole, Maksymilian Wolański, was born in Radom. A train conductor. In #Auschwitz from 25 February 1941. No. 10490 He perished in the camp on 25 July 1941.

10 October 1944 | SS detained four female Jewish prisoners: Ella Gartner, Róża Robota, Regina Safir & Estera Wajsblum. They were involved in smuggling explosives that were used by the Sonderkommando prisoners during their revolt on 7 October 1944. The women were hanged on 6 January 1945.

27 September 1936 | A Czech Jewish girl, Blanka Schwarzkopf, was born in Prague. She was deported to #Auschwitz from Theresienstadt Ghetto on 9 October 1944. She was murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.

24 September 1937 | A German Jewish boy, Raphael Altmann, was born in Berlin. He lived in the Netherlands. In February 1944, he was discovered in a hiding place in Zeist. On 25 March 1944 he was murdered in a gas chamber in #Auschwitz.
