how come everytime i book a pet lyft, & pay the extra fee because pet trip, the driver is telling me "you know, you have to tell us there's a pet." it's like lyft wants to pay the fee for a missed vet appt. why the fuck am i paying for the pet ride if it's not being communicated to the driver?
