when someone says they're feeling threatened by an institution that has more power than them and also has and will leverage power OVER them and their career, i tend to believe them. you expect empathy for yourself but spare none for others.

With things like Infinity Nikki, from what I gathered they prioritized union dubbing hence the contract. That being said, Hoyoverse has been doing non-union deals from the start which is why I ask, why did Sag allow Union workers to go to Hoyo when its frowned upon to do so?

Funny you assume I don't hold a job lol. I get that it was bound to happen that Sag Aftra was not gonna play nice when Union VAs worked for Genshin. But I do believe threatening the VAs isn't helping their case either
