The world today doesn't know it but it's spending a huge amount of effort building durable & persistent systems. The client as views is an ok part of computing but the sync caches and data views, the retaining and remembering state? That's what Pi Durable is popping off over, for example.

(It is a little funny to me how closely this line seems to match specifically Christian eschatology. There's no kali yuga that circles back to a new satya yuga. America is a Christian nation after all)
