YOUVE GOT THIS! if you’re at all claustrophobic keep your eyes shut the whole time or you can ask them for something to cover your eyes with. if they don’t offer you music to listen to i would ask if they can play something- but usually they ask. you’ve got this!!!! 🧡🧡🧡
