I have pulled the book from Amazon. Using them was a bad bargain at best. People here pointed me to better options. I hope to have a full color paperback edition available in mid-March. Lulu Books (US) has a dyslexia-friendlier font epub. Working on an original artistic font epub, outlet TBD.
