I've heard a lot saying Cheese Whiz if you're eating it Right away or it'll all seep out, provolone will hold up better for long though. Most all that I've seen said with onions though. The cheese was the part I was wondering about, I'm from CT though haha. I need a Philly King to lay down the law!
