My paper advice is try a bunch of stuff. My favorite paper is Arches. Everyone's is. But ow. So I rec not starting there. The paper I actually enjoy the most is Fluid by speedball, both the 100, which is cotton, and the ez blocks, which are cellulose. But that's just my preference.
