Duck Fat. SOOOO GOOD. Pan fried some duck breasts for dinner, and while they were resting I rolled some of the potato pom-poms I had been baking through the left over fond/oil in the pan. If it weren't so expensive, I'd use it more often.

One of the worst things about getting old is the stupid ways your body tries to do you in. I sipped my drink incorrectly and started coughing so hard I thought I was going to throw up. Then I sneezed and blew my back out. While stumbling to find a chair, my knee gave way.

If you want to play it safe, buy suede shoes. There are differences in suede quality, but they're smaller than the issues described above.
