Not sure which is funnier, that my nan actually bought a jigsaw puzzle showing two nude women flashing their tits. Or the fact that she got it for herself, not for someone else, and is currently putting it together. Tits first.

Whenever I want something from the local convenience shop, I always walk an extra 7 minutes to a shop further away. Because the man who owns the nearest one always makes small talk at the counter.

I was a teacher at a boy's school in the early 1980s. The headmaster wanted to emphasise the male nature of the school. I had to enforce that by taking the Queen from each suit of cards in the boys' decks of playing cards. It is the most useless act I've ever been paid for.

My company allows me to work from home 100% but I've told my wife that I am required to be in the office 2-3 times per week, just so I can meet my mates for a pint at lunchtime and/or after work.

I retired today. My first project is to visit every tube station I've never used and have a meal at a nearby restaurant or café. First stop is Grange Hill, where I hope to eat a massive sausage.
