writing retreat day 3 is a wrap! -squash oats for breakfast -dal, flatbread and mango mint lemonade for lunch -roast pork with root veg, apples, miso polenta, and a kale salad I snarfed down before I remembered to take a pic -writing in the sunshine -gifts from new friends -today’s character work

also wrote so hard during silent hours that the minute they were over I fell asleep sitting up with my laptop open on me and took a beautiful pre-dinner nap, during which the whole room was quietly discussing how to save the laptop if I rolled over. I woke up to find myself encased in yoga blankets
