There’s so much wrong with that decision that it’s actually impossible to take it/this game/the premier league seriously anymore. 1. Any foul inside the box was by Harrison on MLS. 2. It simply isn’t a foul in the first place 3. If you were calling that a foul by MLS it’s clearly outside the box

Ref should have made up for the previous error & awarded MLS a penalty there.

Harrison fouls Myles Lewis-Skelly. Then MLS might have fouled Harrison in response. Both of those things happened outside the box. The contact stops as they enter the box. Then Harrison falls over in the box by catching his own feet. Neither he nor any of his teammates ask for a penalty.

It's clumsy defending from MLS (Kiwior doesn't help either) but that being a penalty is absurd. The contact starts from outside the area and Harrison fully dives. He's just as culpable in the contact as Lewis-Skelly. Totally ridiculous.
