In the end, it's a give and take of each other, like any other relationship. Authenticity is what will maintain and strengthen it, helping both parties.
Show PostI like to think of it more as a mutual interest and enthusiasm with each other's work. It's not really something that can be easily faked and if only one party feels that way, the relationship won't progress. These can also often just become new friends since you now both have a shared interest.
