I was part of a panel discussing Mara Malagodi’s terrific new book on Nepali constitutionalism, www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hrl2.... My remarks introduced yet another adjectival constitutionalism—“musical chairs” constitutionalism, building on ideas about what constitutions are supposed to do.
