We can’t lawyer our way around a SCOTUS majority that wields power in bad faith to aggrandize their own power and their own faction. Power in America does not work the way it used to. Fascism has come and it’s not going away. We do not have the luxury of responding with patient incrementalism.

#2 and #3 already happened, US courts ARE illegitimate. #4 is irrelevant when there are no alternatives. #1 already happened just only in one direction, towards the Republicans who are willing to cheat.
