They're probably waiting for the Dems to take the majority & start impeachments so that in 2028 the Repubs can say ,see we told you the Dems would go after Trump, even though that's what they secretly want them to do so that their hands are clean. Plus, the cowards don't want to anger the base.

I don't say this lightly, but Pete Hegseth deserves to be impeached. I understand just how serious a vote to impeach is from experience, and I still believe impeaching him is the right thing to do. The Iran war. The purge of senior ranks. The boat strikes. The case is overwhelming. (Link below)
